We ask this question almost everyone speaks. Our opinion does not count. What makes an agent of the above is what the customer thinks that an agent is high. And it is different with every customer. So we do a needs assessment to continue. We ask them what a top agent in their minds and try calls. We couple that with what a poor way. These two questions will help us understand what the customer feels a broker, and we are working to achieve this goal.
